Temkogo Manaa, which translates to heavenly food, is a family owned and operated company.
The meaning of Manaa is the food from heaven that God fed Moses and his people everyday during their long journey through the desert.
Temkogo Manaa is operated by four partners:
Duh Luai, James Durna, Alexander Luai and Habakkuk Luai.
Mr. Duh Luai is the founder of Temkogo Manaa Company. He settled in the United States in 1998 as a sushi chef in a restaurant. After working in the states for over 15 years, Mr. Luai decided to venture out so that he could improve the process of delivering sushi to retail outlets such as grocery stores, gas stations, military bases, food courts and even healthcare facilities. Furthermore, Mr. Luai manages a huge network of sushi chefs throughout the United States to help provide experts in the art of sushi making.
He now operate facilities throughout the Texas, Michigan and New Mexico area.
We are capable of setting up anywhere in the continental United States.
