FRANCHISE SUPPORT MANAGER
The Franchise Support Manager is responsible for the leadership, management, top-line sales growth, and achievement of operational excellence for the franchises. They are also responsible for the relationship with the assigned franchisees and local.
REGIONAL TRAINING MANAGER
The Regional Training Manager is responsible for training new franchisees by utilizing the current TMI training program to ensure successful opening of new locations. They will also provide location-specific training for existing franchisees if needed. Furthermore, they will operate a location if it becomes vacant until a replacement franchisee is found.
